Single-Row Tapered Roller Bearings
Single-row tapered roller bearings consist of the cone assembly and the cup. It is usually fitted as one of an opposing pair. During equipment assembly, single-row bearings can be set to the required clearance or preload condition to optimize performance. Double-Row Tapered Roller Bearings
Double or Two-row tapered roller bearings feature double cups and two single cones. They are available in a variety of configurations for general industrial and automotive applications. Four-Row Tapered Roller Bearings
Four-row tapered roller bearings combine the inherent high-load, radial/thrust capacity and direct/indirect mounting variables of tapered roller bearings into assemblies of maximum load rating in minimum space.
Single-Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are classified by ribs as types of N0000 without ribs on outer rings and with double ribs on inner rings; NU0000 without ribs on inner rings and with double ribs on outer rings; NJ0000 with double ribs on outer rings and with single rib on inner rings; NF0000 with double ribs on inner rings and with single rib on outer rings; NUP0000 with double ribs on outer rings and with single rib on inner rings and also with end rings etc. Double-Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Double-row cylindrical roller bearings offer added radial capacity over traditional one-row types. They are often used on machine tool spindles. Four-Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Four-row cylindrical roller bearings have an extremely high radial load capacity, but no thrust capacity. This bearing type is mostly used in roll neck and work roll applications in the metal rolling industry. The production range is from ID 90 mm to OD 1250 mm.
Cylindrical roller thrust bearings are designed to operate under heavy loads at moderate speeds. Special design features are available for even higher rotational speeds. Types include standard and aligning washer. PLT is capable to produce cylindrical roller thrust bearing from bore diameter 120 mm upto 1000 mm.
Single Direction Thrust Ball Bearings
Single direction thrust ball bearings have two washers, with grooved raceways. The curvature of the raceways is slightly larger than that of the ball. Out of two washers, one is shaft washer & the other one is housing washer. The bore of the shaft washer is of the shaft dia & the bore of the housing washer is slightly larger than that of shaft washer, to facilitate free rotation. These types of thrust bearings are mainly used where axial load conditions are too large to be accepted by radial bearings. They can accept purely thrust load in single direction & they are not suitable for speed applications. Double Direction Thrust Ball Bearings
Double direction thrust ball bearings has three rings with the middle one (center ring) being fixed to the shaft.
Spherical roller bearings consist of an outer ring with spherical raceway and an inner ring with double-raceway one or two cages and one group of spherical rollers. As the center of spherical raceway of outer ring coincides with the center of bearing, it makes it have the self-aligning property. This bearing can adjust angular error or flexion caused by the angle of axle and bearing housing or axle bend. It has a high load carrying capacity for radial load and axle load in two directions. It is especially suitable for carrying heavy loads and impact loads. Sealed Spherical Roller Bearings
Sealed spherical roller bearings are designed to fulfill high demands on sealing efficiency and operational reliability under difficult environmental conditions. The seals are developed using computer simulation, making full usage of our vast expertise.
Large diameter Spherical roller thrust bearing are perfectly suited for heavy-duty applications, with axial loads or combined axial and radial loads. They are self-aligning and can accommodate low as well as high speeds. Due to their design, various degrees of stiffness can be arranged.
Split spherical bearings are divided into two structures: Split Cylindrical Roller Bearings and Split Spherical Roller Bearings. It is mainly used for trunnion of converter on the steel-making. And this kind of bearing is easy for mounting, dismounting as well as protection and maintenance.
Deep groove ball bearings mainly take radial load as well as moderate axial load. With less coefficient of friction, high limiting speed, large size range and variations of structure; they are suitable for precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, and other common machinery, as a widely used type of bearings in machinery industry.
Single Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Four-point Contact Ball Bearings
Double Direction Angular Contact Thrust Ball Bearing
Needle roller bearings have cylindrical rollers that are long and thin in relation to their diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space is limited.
Slewing bearing is widely used in different industries. It is suitable for hoisting machine (truck crane, tower crane, etc.), construction machinery (excavator, loading and unloading machine), transporting machine, material processing machine, Metallurgy Machinery, food processing machine, military product (tanks, anti-aircraft gun, radar, missile launcher, etc.).
PLT brand flexible roller bearings can put up with a fair amount of impact. As the name already implies, PLT bearings can face up to high impact stress. And that works like this : the roller cage is fitted with rollers which are coiled like springs. These rollers not only look like (very robust) springs but also react just like them. Impacts which are transferred via the bushes to the roller cage are to a large extent absorbed here, quite irrespective of whether these forces come to play on the bearing from the shaft or form external sources. The spring roller cage thus becomes the shock absorbing element of the bearing
PLT also supplies bearing components like Taper Rollers, Neddle Rollers, Cylindrical Rollers, Steel Balls and forged/finished bearing components.
PLT can manufacture any type of non standard bearings equivalent to any international brand. |
